A&D has been recognized for its commitment to safety and for instilling measurable efforts to boost safety programs and practices.
Encova Insurance presented the award following a lengthy partnership in which an Encova representative worked on-site with the A&D management team. The goal was ambitious: to improve safety in all corners of the company.
Goal accomplished. After seeing the improvements, Encova rewarded A&D with the distinguished Safety Recognition Award.
