Commitment to Safety Excellence

A&D Environmental Services believes that accidents and illnesses can be prevented. As such, it is both a moral obligation and a sound business practice to identify and eliminate the causes of workplace incidents.

At the same time, however, we also recognize that the absence of accidents and illnesses does not necessarily define a safe workplace. Management must support, and employees must follow, proactive practices in the workplace that contribute to a safe work environment.

Safety, health promotion, industrial hygiene, and loss prevention are the key elements of our health and safety program. Support of this program is the direct responsibility of management and is an important measure of managerial and operational performance.

On all sites, implementation of the health and safety program is accomplished through a designated chain of command and clearly communicated responsibilities. All site workers are accountable for their own personal safety and contribute to the safety of their co-workers and the site. Both our project management staff and field technicians strive for a target goal of ZERO incidents on each and every project.
