A&D’s Site Supervisor Training Program produced two graduates in 2022.
The program began in November 2021 as an effort to turn outstanding performers into leaders within the organization. It can take between six and twelve months to complete.
Adam Gilliatt graduated in July. He began with A&D in February 2020 and showcased an ability to quickly rise through the ranks. He entered the training program in the fall of 2021.
A crew leader, Adam never ceases to leave his mark. A recent customer said, “Adam and his crew … have been absolutely phenomenal.”
Tyrone Britton graduated from the program in November. Britton recently played a huge part in a recent remediation project just north of Charlotte, NC. The project lasted 10 weeks.
“He was present day and night,” said A&D CEO Graeme Manning. “He was always there when we needed to move hoses, operate equipment, or drain retention areas.”
